Anyhow, the White Owl is always with playing card inserts, and has fun, funky colouring. Both the Ship's sails and the Lilies are pink, the Storks are black, and the Paths has a multi-coloured signpost, to name but a few. As for today's cards, we have Letter + Coffin + Whips.

The papertrail of an ending leads to difficult discussions.
Headaches over paperwork require a do-over.
Doctor's prescription: exercise!
All of these feel relevant, and perhaps even connected, to me today. I'm still dealing with the troubles that surfaced last week, and have paperwork to fill in. Not only are there some tough choices which bring up inner discussions, but dealing with various different individuals and institutions also means repeating stuff a fair bit - definitely a pain. So, some exercise would be a good way to take my mind off it all, if only for a short time :D
I am grateful for exercise: good for body, mind and spirit!

ReplyDeleteI would love to be in this competition :) Also, I'd like to recommend hot Yoga for exercise. Hot Yoga has changed my life and cleansed me body, mind and soul. It's a journey as much as a form of exercise and it's also amazing for your skin :) I'm doing a 30 day challenge at the moment though which is a bit of a killer :P
ReplyDeleteHi ruthy82, you're in :) As for Hot Yoga, been doing it since the 90's, and love it ;) I don't do it every day, but it's a great practice, even without the heated room. I'm not so keen on actual hot rooms, as your muscles can get overly soft without sufficient strength to support that degree of stretch, and some people end up with injuries because of it. However, the structure of the practice is great. Okay, former yoga teacher rant now over ;)
